SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Vintage Foods, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the promised time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully:

1. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is applicable only if specifically mentioned as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

• Otherwise, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

2. Order Processing

• A complete postal address with PIN code, email ID, and contact number is essential for smooth delivery. Please verify your details before completing your order.

• If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse.

• If some items are not in stock, they will be produced freshly and dispatched within 10 working days of placing the order. In such cases, you will be kept informed.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Deliveries are made by our courier partners between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

• Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner capacity, and other factors beyond our control such as:

• Weather conditions

• Strikes or transport delays

• Unforeseen logistical issues

4. Order Tracking

• Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• Kindly allow a few hours for the tracking link to be updated by our courier partner.

5. Responsibility & Liability

• While we ensure timely dispatch, Vintage Foods is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen events.

• In case of issues with delivery, our customer care team will assist you in coordinating with the logistics provider.
